The RFR is a apocalypse-based Dynamic Event Role Play meaning that the world will change according to the actions of players. Allowing faction leaders to attack, take land, and become real enemies.
Many don't know what fallout is due to it's main titles coming out in 1998,1999,2008, and 2010. Well Fallout is a series of computer role-playing games originaly produced and published by Interplay. Althought set in and after the 22nd century, it's story and artworkd are heavily influenced by the post-World War II nuclear paranoia of the 1950's. To simplify it electronics aren't invented in the 50's and this leads to the impossibility of space travel and green energy. Leaving the world to rely on fossil fuels until the mid 21st century. Then when oil starts to run dry the world switches to nuclear power and it sees a few more decades of prosperity until China invades the United States for what's left of the worlds oil to run it's factories. It ends it nuclear was in 2077 and Fallout is the tales of what happens afterwards.
